Apple has officially released their latest operating system, iOS 6 in Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) event in San Francisco, USA. This OS will be available for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Apple TV. Apple explained that iOS 6 update is only available in iPhone 3GS generation above, iPad 2 and the new iPad (iPad 3), iPod Touch fourth-generation and Apple TV.
In Worldwide Developers Conference Apple just launched a beta version of iOS for the members of iOS Development Program. For you Apple product users must be patient because some of new features may not be available in all Apple products. For a while, Apple released Beta version of iOS 6.
This latest generation of iOS will be officially available next fall and comes with 200 new features. What are new features in iOS6? Following are new features in this Apple's latest operating system as quoted from The Verge:
Siri enhancements
Siri command application has been enhanced, including being able to accept orders in Chinese and Korean and some other languages
Facebook Integration
This Integration allows Apple users to integrated with Facebook contacts and notifications for messages in Facebook. To write a status in Facebook do not have to open application, just writing text, then tap to post. Next, Facebook friends will also be able to see which App Store apps you like, and you'll even have friends' birthdays automatically integrated into your calendar.

- FaceTime and Apple ID/phone number integration
- Extra features in Phone mode
- Safari Update
- Shared Photo Streams
- New features in Mail app
- The new app, Passbook
- Guided Access
- Maps with turn-by-turn navigation and Flyover
