Sony announced their latest smartphone, Sony Xperia Go and Xperia Acro S. Both of these smartphones powered by Android operating system and will be released to global market in the third quarter of this year.

Both smartphones comes with the ability of anti-dust and waterproof. Both are equipped with mineral glass screen which scratch resistant. In addition, Xperia Go and Xperia Acro S claimed to have passed industrial standard level IP67 and IP57, in terms of resistance to dust and water immersion. Xperia Go has been certified IP67, which means it has a high level of dust and water resistance.
Although launched in the third quarter of this year, Xperia go still uses Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. Sony confirms Ice Cream Sandwich update for this device will be available after launch. While, Xperia acro S will comes with Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
