It seems Fever Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) began to appear in the first quarter of this year. The new features present in the ice cream sandwich made android lovers hunting smartphone which had this flat form. Vendor Sony also introduced their latest smart phone with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) that is Sony Xperia Neo L. This is first product from Sony with Android 4.0.
At 20 March, 2012 Sony announced Xperia neo L for the Chinese market.
Sony Xperia Neo L equipped 1 GHz Scorpion processor, with 512 MB of RAM. For supported HD quality game or video, Sony bundled Xperian Neo L with an Adreno 205 graphics chip and LED-backlit LCD display with a resolution 480 x 854 pixels, 4.0 inches (~245 ppi pixel density).

At the back casing Xperia neo L give 5 MP camera , 2592х1944 pixels, autofocus, LED flash, while a VGA front-facing camera enables video calling. The camera can record video at 720p@30fps with video light.
