Update Android 4.0 is Now Available for Galaxy S II

As we know the first time the launch of Samsung Galaxy S II in February 2011, the phone is equipped with the Android OS, v2.3.4 (Gingerbread). But, Recently, updating operating system (operating system-OS) Android 4.0 or Ice Cream Sandwich is available for Galaxy S II smartphone.
But while the update is only available for Europe and South Korea. Samsung said the availability and scheduling updates will be different in each market area, because it must get approval from the cellular operator.

After Galaxy S II, Android 4.0 or Ice Cream Sandwich OS update will be available later for other smartphones such as Galaxy Note, Galaxy S II LTE, and Galaxy R. For the tablet, which will get the update are Galaxy Plus Tab 7, Galaxy Tab 7.7, Galaxy Tab 8.9 and Galaxy Tab 10.1.
Samsung is also planning to provide firmware updates Android 2.3 Gingerbread for Galaxy S, Galaxy Tab 7, Galaxy S Plus, Galaxy SCL (Super Clear LCD) and Galaxy W, at the end of March.
