Sometimes when you will turn on BlackBerry or when you restart your Blackberry, suddenly Blackberry not load or your device just stack or if can loading, just a half after that Blackberry restart again not go into the menu.
When Blackberry is not loading or not go to the menu one of reason could be because there are applications that are corrupt or broken, so finally hinder the process of Blackberry loading, especially if this corrupted application is running when Blackberry booting.
The best way to solve problem like this is to go into Blackberry recovery mode or Safe Mode. By going into Safe Mode, it means that corrupted applications can't run automatically when BlackBerry turned on, which means it applications will not hinder the process of BlackBerry loading.
To go into BlackBerry Safe Mode is easy, that's unplug battery then plug in again. Now when the red LED gone, then press and hold the Escape key, if there is a warning, select OK to go into Safe Mode or Recovery Mode.
After logging into Safe Mode, you can find or analyze application that causes error, such as application which recently installed. I recommend you to do reinstall that application.
