Apple reportedly has the most loyal fans. This report comes from Vocalabs who did customer satisfaction surveys. This survey reveals the fact that the desire to move from Apple brand to another brand that is not a priority among Apple fanboy. Of thousands of consumers surveyed, only as much as 0.44% are claimed to be making a purchase on Apple's competitors.

"Apple has the lowest number for consumer affairs that are not loyal. Apple was able to maintain consumer loyalty," Vocalabs said in their report. Loyalty of Apple product users, followed by Dell brand with the number possibility 'turned' just 1.66%.
To get the report, Vocalabs reviewed the 2379 consumer comments from results of interviewing 7194 consumer between January 2011 to March 2012. In addition to surveying the loyalty, Vocalabs also investigated about customer satisfaction with customer service from a brand. Again, Apple dominate this category.
